Transaxillary Breast Augmentation with High Profile Smooth Round Saline Implants

This patient is a 28 year old woman who presented for breast augmentation. She requested an aggressive size change, and preferred to avoid incisions on her breasts. She elected to pursue placement of 420 cc high profile saline implants placed in a partial subpectoral pocket (beneath the muscle) using an endoscopic transaxillary approach. She had one inch incisions used in the top of her armpit for implant placement.
