Our plastic surgery practice in Fort Worth, Texas features a great team of energetic staff members dedicated to meeting all your needs. They are professionals and are at the heart of our goal for your experience with us to be outstanding in every way.

Each member of our staff plays an important role in ensuring that your experience at our practice is positive from your initial contact through your entire relationship with us.

Alexx Rouse

Alexx RouseAlexx serves as patient coordinator. She joined our team in 2013 and is known for her compassion and commitment to excellence. She will work with you to coordinate your consultation, answer any questions that you may have about procedures, and schedule your procedure for a time that is convenient for you. She loves to be a part of the journey of every patient and will go to great lengths to ensure that you have an exceptional experience with our practice!

Outside of work, Alexx attends school part-time and is working on her degree in business management. She also enjoys spending time outdoors and with her friends and family.

Kelly Sheldon

Kelly SheldonKelly serves as clinic coordinator and administrative assistant. She will likely be the first person that you come into contact with when you call or email our practice. She received her degree from Texas State University in Healthcare Administration and has years of experience working with patients. She performs many of the administrative duties of the practice, and will assist you with appointment scheduling and coordinate insurance issues to facilitate coverage for reconstructive procedures.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys exploring the Fort Worth area, trying new foods and spending as much time as possible with family and friends.

Grace P. Tharp, R.N.

Grace TharpGrace is our clinic nurse and assistant skin care coordinator. She will be helping you to recover from your procedure and will assist Dr. Strock in addressing any questions or issues that you have after your procedure. Grace is passionate about helping our patients achieve optimal results by assisting in the post-surgical period, helping answer any questions that arise and aiding patients in instruction that will give the smoothest recovery possible! It brings great satisfaction to Grace to see patients gain confidence in improved body image, achieve great skin care results and keep motivation to live a vibrant and healthy life!

Grace graduated from University of Texas in Arlington with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing and has used her skills in post-surgical care, wound care and nursing management. Grace lives in Tarrant County with her husband Jordan and their five year old twins and baby. She enjoys spending time with family, involvement in her church, traveling, cooking, home improvement, entertaining and sports events. These are just a few of the things that keep Grace busy outside of giving the best care to our patients!

Marie E. Chase, R.N.

Marie ChaseMarie is our skin care coordinator. She will be helping you with our ZO Skin Care Line to create a custom protocol specific to your skin care goals. She has been a registered nurse for 16 years, and has worked with medicine and surgery patients, in surgical recovery in an outpatient multispecialty surgery center, and as a school nurse. Marie has previously served as our clinic nurse for over 10 years in addition to other duties.

You will feel comforted to have her as an expert in designing a personal skin care routine. Marie also provides micro-pigmentation (medical tattooing) for our breast cancer reconstruction patients.

Marie is married to her high school sweetheart and they have 2 daughters. Together they enjoy sports, working out, coaching their girls, and traveling to unique destinations around the world. Marie also serves the community as a board member of Project 4031, a local Fort Worth foundation that supports hospice and end-of-life issues and dream fulfillment.
