This patient is a 26 year old woman who presented for breast augmentation. She requested a 2 cup size change if possible, with no incisions on her breasts. Following a thorough evaluation and discussion of treatment options, she elected to pursue transaxillary breast augmentation, using 375 cc high profile silicone gel implants placed behind the pectoral muscle. She has no incisions on her breasts.
