Transaxillary Breast Augmentation with Moderate Plus Profile Round Saline Implants

This patient is a 24 year old Asian woman who presented for breast augmentation. She was hoping to increase her breast size to a small c cup if possible, and was interested in avoiding any incisions on her breasts. She elected to pursue placement of differentially filled saline moderate plus profile devices, filled to 325 cc on the right and 275 cc on the left. Her implants were placed using the transaxillary endoscopic approach, with one inch incisions placed in the top of her armpit on each side.
