Shaped Highly Cohesive Gel “Gummy Bear” Implants Transaxillary Incision

This patient is a 26 year old woman presented for breast augmentation. She requested enlargement to a small C cup if possible. Following discussion of options, she stated preference for use of shaped highly cohesive “gummy bear” implants (moderate profile 245cc) placed using a transaxillary approach. The incision in the armpit allowed for her implants to be placed with no incisions on the breast.
