This patient is a 33 year old woman who presented for breast augmentation. Following a discussion of all options, she elected to have shaped highly cohesive silicone gel “gummy bear” implants (tall height moderate plus profile 395cc) placed using a transaxillary incision in her armpit. This allowed her implants to be placed with no incisions on her breasts.
