Shaped Highly Cohesive Gel “Gummy Bear” Implants Inframammary Incision

This patient is a 40 year old woman who presented for breast enhancement. She requested that her cupsize be increased from A to D if possible. Following a discussion of treatment options, she elected to have shaped highly cohesive silicone gel “gummy bear” implants (375cc moderate plus profile) placed behind the pectoral muscle using an incision at the base of the breast. She reports that her postoperative bra size is a D cup.
