This patient is a 48 year old woman who presented for breast augmentation. Following a discussion of incision location and implant options, she elected to undergo placement of shaped highly cohesive silicone gel “gummy bear” breast implants (375cc moderate plus profile) placed below the pectoral muscle using a transaxillary incision. This allowed for her implants to be placed with no incisions on her breasts.
