This patient is a 33 year old woman who presented after having children to improve the shape and contour of her abdominal wall and breasts. Following a thorough evaluation and discussion of treatment options, she elected to pursue a tummy tuck procedure to remove excess skin and improve the appearance of her abdominal wall (abdominoplasty). She also elected to undergo breast enhancement in the form of a breast lift (mastopexy) with implants using 375cc smooth round silicone gel breast implants.
