This patient is a 40 year old woman who presented initially for surgery to improve the contour of her abdominal wall and waist, and breast enhancement to improve the shape of her breasts and increase size. She elected to pursue the body contour procedures first and underwent a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) with liposuction to the waist. She subsequently underwent a breast lift (mastopexy) with augmentation, using 325cc moderate plus profile smooth round silicone gel breast implants.
