Transaxillary Breast Augmentation with High Profile Smooth Round Cohesive Gel Implants

This patient is a 30 year old woman who requested augmentation to a small c cup if possible. Following a thorough evaluation and discussion of treatment options, she elected to pursue placement of 300cc moderate profile smooth silicone gel implants using a transaxillary approach. The implants were placed behind the pectoral muscle. There were no incisions on her breasts following this approach.
