Shaped Highly Cohesive Gel “Gummy Bear” Implants Transaxillary Incsion

This patient is a 24 year old woman who presented for breast augmentation. Following a thorough evaluation and discussion of treatment options specific to her situation, she elected to pursue placement of 295 cc shaped moderate plus profile shaped highly cohesive silicone gel “gummy bear” implants placed beneath the pectoral muscle using a transaxillary incision (in the top of the armpit). This approach allowed for her implants to be placed with no incisions on her breasts.
