Liposuction to the Outer Thighs and Transaxillary Saline Breast Augmentation

This patient is 26 year old woman who requested a procedure to enlarge her breasts and improve the contour of her thighs. After a discussion of the approaches possible, she underwent breast augmentation using high profile saline breast implants and liposuction to her thighs. Her breast implants were placed using a small incision in the top of the armpit to avoid visible incisions on her breasts.
