This patient is a 46 year- old woman who presented for facial rejuvenation. She requested improvement in the contour of her eyelids, face, neck, and chin. Following a thorough evaluation and discussion of treatment options and goals, she elected to undergo procedures to improve the contour of her upper face and eyelids (browlift and upper and lower blepharoplasty), face and necklift, and chin (chin implant placement).
