This patient is a 46 year old woman who requested immediate reconstruction at the time of right mastectomy for breast cancer. She elected to have a tissue expander placed at the time of mastectomy, followed by a second stage procedure to remove the expander and place a permanent silicone gel breast implant. A left breast augmentation with lift was performed at the second stage procedure for symmetry.
