Implant Replacement to Smaller Size and Profile, Pocket Revision, and Breast Lift

This patient is a 53 year old woman who presented for revision of her previous breast augmentation. She requested that her implants be replaced to give her a smaller breast size with improved shape. Following a discussion of treatment options, she elected to have her high profile silicone gel implants replaced with moderate plus profile implants with a smaller volume and breast lift. She has remained very pleased with her results.
