Implant Replacement to Shaped Highly Cohesive “Gummy Bear” Gel

This patient is a 42 year old woman who presented many years following saline breast augmentation. She requested revision to replace her ruptured right implant and wanted better separation of her breasts in the middle area of her chest. Following a discussion of device options, she elected to undergo implant pocket revision on both sides and replacement with shaped highly cohesive silicone gel “gummy bear” implants (375cc) moderate plus profile. Her previous base of the breast incision was used for the procedure. She has been very pleased with her results.
