Breast Augmentation with High Profile Smooth Round Cohesive Gel Implants

This patient is a 51 year old woman who presented for breast augmentation. Following a thorough evaluation and discussion of treatment options, she elected to pursue placement of 325 cc round high profile silicone gel implants. The devices were placed behind the pectoral muscle using a short armpit incision, with the aid of an endoscope. She has no incisions on her breasts.
