Breast Lift With Shaped Highly Cohesive Gel “Gummy Bear” Implants

This patient is a 27 year old woman who wanted to improve the appearance of her breasts. She had a history of breast feeding one child. Following a discussion of treatment options, she elected to pursue breast enhancement in the form of breast lift (mastopexy) with augmentation. The breast implants selected by the patient were shaped highly cohesive silicone gel (“gummy bear”) implants, 245cc volume, placed behind the pectoral muscle at the time of her breast lift.
