This patient is a 48 year-old woman who presented for surgical rejuvination of her eyelid area. She wanted to look more refreshed and less tired. Following a complete discussion of treatment options, she underwent coronal browlift and upper and lower blepharoplasty (removal of redundant skin and periorbital fat pads) on both sides.
