This patient is a 53 year old woman who had undergone breast augmentation many years ago, who requested a procedure to replace her abnormally firm implants and improve her overall breast shape and appearance. Following a discussion of treatment options, she elected to pursue optimization of her breast implant tissue pocket, replacement of her implants with shaped highly cohesive “gummy bear” gel implants (445cc moderate plus profile), and breast lift to optimize the position of her thin soft tissue following device replacement.
