This patient is a 61 year-old woman who presented for a discussion of treatment
options to improve the appearance of her eyelids, face and neck. Following a thorough
evaluation and discussion of treatment options, she elected to undergo surgery to
improve the contour of her upper face and upper and lower eyelids (browlift with
upper and lower blepharoplasty) and lower face and neck (facelift).
