Silicone Gel Implant Replacement with Vertical Breast Lift
This patient is a 36 year old woman who presented for secondary breast enhancement.
She did not like that her tissue had dropped over several years and that folds in
her saline implants could be easily felt through her skin. Following thorough evaluation
and discussion of treatment options, she elected the removal of her existing saline
breast implants, revision of the implant pocket, replacement with silicone gel breast
implants, and vertical breast lift.
