Saline Breast Implant Replacement with Silicone Gel Implants and Vertical
Breast Lift
This patient is a 33 year old woman who presented stating that she was unhappy with
the appearance of her previously augmented breasts. She requested that they appear
smaller and that they "hang less". Following a thorough evaluation and discussion
of treatment options, she elected to undergo implant replacement with silicone gel
implants at the time of vertical breast lift.
