Saline Breast Implant Replacement with Silicone Gel Implants and Vertical
Breast Lift
This patient is a 34 year old woman who presented for secondary breast enhancement.
She did not like the position of her breast tissue that had progressively dropped
below her breast implants. She also did not like that she could feel the edges of
her breast implants. Following a thorough evaluation and discussion o f treatment
options, she elected to undergo removal of her existing saline breast implants,
replacement with 500 cc high profile silicone gel implants, with vertical breast
lift. Her existing subglandular tissue pocket was revised and used for her implant
replacement.
