Saline Breast Implant Replacement
This patient is a 43 year old woman who presented for secondary breast enhancement.
She was not happy with the appearance of her breasts and noted a recent rupture
of one of her saline breast implants. Following a thorough evaluation and discussion
of treatment options, she elected to undergo replacement of her existing saline
breast implants with 400 cc moderate plus profile saline implants in a partial subpectoral
tissue pocket.
