Silicone Gel Implant Replacement
This patient is a 42 year old woman who presented for secondary breast enhancement.
She had silicone gel implants placed many years ago that had become progressively
firm. Following a thorough evaluation and discussion of treatment options, she elected
to have her existing subglandular breast implants replaced with 300cc moderate plus
profile silicone gel implants. The new implants were placed in a new partial subpectoral
pocket, using her previous inframammary incisions.
