Saline Breast Implants Replaced with Silicone Gel Breast Implants
This patient is a 37 year old woman who presented for secondary breast enhancement.
She did not like the appearance of her saline implants and the implant folds that
she could feel through her skin. Following a thorough evaluation and discussion
of treatment options, she elected to have her saline implants replaced with 375
cc high profile silicone gel implants, in a revised implant space. The procedure
was performed using her existing inframammary (base of the breast) incision
