Silicone Gel Implant Replacement
This patient is a 40 year-old woman who requested replacement
of her silicone gel breast implants because of their appearance
and severe firmness. Following a thorough evaluation and discussion
of treatment options, she elected to have her existing subglandular,
contracted silicone gel breast implants replaced with 325 cc
high profile silicone gel breast implants, placed in a partial
submuscular tissue pocket.
