Immediate Bilateral Tissue Expander Silicone Implant
This patient is a 41 year old woman who presented for reconstruction planned at
the time of removal of both breasts. She elected to pursue tissue expander placement
at the time of mastectomy, and is shown prior to tissue expander removal with permanent
implant placement. High profile silicone gel breast implants were placed at the
time of tissue expander removal.
