Immediate Bilateral Tissue Expander Silicone Implant

This patient is a 38 year old woman who presented for reconstruction at the time of planned bilateral (two sides) mastectomy. She elected to pursue immediate tissue expander placement at the time of mastectomy, shown with expanders full prior to permanent implant placement. Silicone gel breast implants were placed at the time of expander removal.
