Immediate Bilateral Tissue Expander Implant
This patient is a 41 year old woman who presented for reconstruction at the time
of bilateral mastectomy. She elected to pursue reconstruction using an expander
implant approach, with the result shown following permanent silicone gel implant
placement and nipple areolar reconstruction.
