Transaxillary Endoscopic Breast Augmentation
This patient is a 37 year old woman who requested breast augmentation with no incisions
on her breasts, if possible. She elected to pursue placement of 350 cc high profile
silicone gel implants, beneath the pectoral muscle, using a transaxillary incision.
