Silicone Gel Breast Augmentation - Case 4
Transaxillary Endoscopic Breast Augmentation
This patient is a 47 year-old woman who requested to undergo breast augmentation
using a shaped cohesive silicone gel implant. She underwent placement of 315 cc
anatomic, or teardrop shaped, silicone gel implants placed using an inframammary
(base of the breast) approach. The implants were placed in a partial subpectoral
pocket, beneath the pectoral muscle.
