Silicone Gel Breast Augmentation - Case 2
Transaxillary Endoscopic Breast Augmentation
This patient is a 24 year-old woman who presented for breast augmentation. She requested
that silicone gel breast implants be placed beneath the pectoral muscle of her chest
wall, and that they be placed with no incisions on her breasts if possible. Following
a discussion of treatment options, she elected to have her implants placed using
an incision in the top of her armpit (transaxillary approach) with the aid of an
endoscope.
