Silicone Gel Breast Augmentation - Case 12
Transaxillary Endoscopic Breast Augmentation
This patient is a 22 year-old woman who presented for breast augmentation. She requested
the softness of silicone gel with no incisions on her breasts, if possible. She
underwent placement of 325 cc high profile silicone gel implants in a partial subpectoral
pocket (beneath the muscle) using a transaxillary approach (armpit incision).
