Transaxillary Endoscopic Breast Augmentation
This patient is a 48 year old woman who requested evaluation for breast enhancement.
She elected to pursue placement of 325 cc high-profile silicone gel breast implants,
beneath the pectoral muscle, using an armpit incision (transaxillary approach).
This allowed for her implants to be placed with no incisions on her breasts.
