Transaxillary Endoscopic Breast Augmentation
This patient is a 39 year old woman who presented for breast enhancement. Many options
were discussed. The patient felt strongly that she would like to avoid a breast
lift, but sought to restore the breast volume lost from having children. She requested
the soft feel of silicone gel breast implants. Following a thorough discussion of
treatment options, she elected to pursue placement of 350 cc high profile silicone
gel implants, in a partial subpectoral pocket, using a transaxillary approach. The
approach chosen allowed for this patient’s breast volume to be restored with no
incisions on her breasts.
