Silicone Gel Breast Augmentation - Case 1
Transaxillary Endoscopic Breast Augmentation
This patient is a 30 year old woman who presented for breast augmentation. Following
a detailed discussion of all options, she elected to have silicone gel implants
placed beneath the muscle of her chest wall using an incision in the armpit for
placement. This allowed her implants to be placed with no incisions on her breasts.
