Saline Breast Augmentation - Case 9
Transaxillary Endoscopic Breast Augmentation
This patient is a 23 year old woman who presented for breast augmentation. She requested
a fairly natural appearance, with her implants to be placed beneath the pectoral
muscle. She elected to pursue placement of 380 cc high profile saline implants,
placed beneath the pectoral muscle, using a transaxillary incision. This approach
allowed for her breast implants to be placed with no incisions on her breasts.
