Saline Breast Augmentation - Case 8
Transaxillary Endoscopic Breast Augmentation
This patient is a 29 year-old woman who presented for evaluation for breast augmentation.
She requested a fairly aggressive size change, but a natural appearance. She also
sought to avoid incisions on her breasts, if possible. Following a thorough evaluation
and discussion of treatment options, she elected to pursue placement of 330 cc high
profile saline implants, placed beneath the pectoral muscle, using a transaxillary
incision. This approach allowed for her implants to be placed with no incisions
on her breasts.
