Transaxillary Endoscopic Breast Augmentation
This 31 year old woman presented for evaluation for breast augmentation. She elected
to pursue placement of 380 cc high profile saline implants, placed beneath the pectoral
muscle , using a transaxillary incision and endoscopic assistance. She has no incisions
on her breasts.
