Saline Breast Augmentation - Case 3
Transaxillary Endoscopic Breast Augmentation
This patient is a 24 year-old woman who requested breast augmentation using an approach
to avoid placement of incisions on her breasts, if possible. Following a thorough
evaluation and discussion of treatment options, she elected to undergo placement
of 330 cc high profile saline implants using a transaxillary incision (armpit incision)
with endoscopic assistance.
