Transaxillary Endoscopic Breast Augmentation
This patient is a 39 year-old woman who requested breast enlargement. After a long
discussion of treatment options, she elected to undergo placement of 380 cc high-profile
smooth saline implants to be placed beneath the pectoral muscle using a transaxillary
approach (armpit incision). This allowed for her implants to be placed with no incisions
on her breasts.
