Transaxillary Endoscopic Breast Augmentation
This patient presented for breast augmentation, requesting an aggressive size change
with no incisions on her breasts. Following a thorough discussion of all treatment
options, she elected to pursue placement of 380 cc high profile saline implants
using a transaxillary incision, with the implants placed beneath the pectoral muscle.
