Transaxillary Endoscopic Breast Augmentation
This patient is a 22 year old woman who presented for breast enhancement. She requested
a natural appearance, with her breast implants to be placed beneath the muscle of
the chest wall with no incisions on her breasts. She elected to pursue placement
of 330 cc high profile saline breast implants using a one inch incision in the top
of her armpit, leaving no incisions on her breasts.
