Transaxillary Endoscopic Breast Augmentation
This patient is a 22 year old woman who presented for breast augmentation. She elected
to undergo placement of 330 cc high profile saline implants using a one inch incision
in the top of the armpit, with the implants placed beneath the pectoral muscle.
The allowed for her implants to be placed with no incisions on her breasts.
