Saline Breast Augmentation - Case 1

Transaxillary Endoscopic Breast Augmentation

This patient is a 21 year old woman who requested breast augmentation. The patient requested a natural appearing result, with no incisions on her breasts, if possible. Following a thorough discussion of treatment options, the patient elected to have 330cc high profile saline implants placed beneath the pectoral muscle using a transaxillary, or armpit incision. This allowed her implants to be placed with no incisions on her breasts.
